At Lief & Co., each sign is made just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect information provided at checkout.
- No Returns or Exchanges
Since every sign is custom-made, all sales are final. Please double-check your personalization details before placing your order.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your sign arrives damaged or there’s an error on our end, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@liefandco.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace or remake your sign at no additional cost.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the case of a replacement due to damage or error, we’ll cover the cost of sending you a new sign.
