  • Placing an order means you’re offering to buy a product. Orders are only accepted once payment is processed and confirmed.

  • All sales are final since our signs are custom-made. Please check personalization details carefully before checkout.

  • Orders are subject to our [Refund Policy], which allows replacements only for damaged or incorrect items.

4. Prices & Billing

  • Prices may change without notice. The price at checkout is the final price (before taxes, shipping, or duties).

  • You agree to provide accurate billing and payment details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We typically ship across Canada within 3–9 business days. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. We aren’t responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

  • Once we hand off your package to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Because our products are custom, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect details at checkout.

  • If your sign arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@liefandco.com with photos. We’ll replace it at no cost.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we’ve made an error.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All text, images, logos, and designs on our site belong to Lief & Co. or our partners and may not be used without permission.

8. Third-Party Tools & Links

  • Our store is powered by Shopify. While we may offer third-party tools or links, we’re not responsible for their content or services.
