Processing & Production

Each sign is custom-made just for you.

We aim to ship your order within 5 business days of purchase.

Need it faster? Choose our Express Processing at checkout, and we’ll ship within 2 business days (at an additional cost). Perfect for ordering right after your baby arrives!
Delivery

Orders are shipped with trusted carriers across Canada.

Delivery speed depends on your location, but most arrive quickly after shipping.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email (except for local hand deliveries).
Local Delivery (Calgary & Area)

Some orders may qualify for local hand delivery, which often means faster delivery than standard shipping.

A standard shipping fee still applies to cover delivery costs.

Hand-delivered orders won’t include tracking, but we’ll contact you directly by email or phone to coordinate delivery.
International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Canada.

Shipping Costs

Fees are non-refundable, unless there’s an error on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@liefandco.com with your order number and photos.

We’ll replace it at no extra cost to you.
